About.
For more than two decades I worked inside global organisations operating at scale, leading complex multi-million dollar negotiations and making decisions that carried real financial and reputational consequences.
I realised that motivation is rarely the issue in those environments.
What's hard under pressure is slowing down to make a clear judgment.

What i bring →
I spent over twenty years in senior leadership roles across global life sciences and biotech organisations.
These companies operate under scrutiny, regulation and complex governance.
Strategic decisions and multi-million dollar negotiations carry operational, financial and reputational consequences.
Working inside them exposes patterns hard to see from the outside: how authority shifts, how decision quality suffers under pressure and how organisational dynamics shape outcomes.
Leaders don't need help building the product.
They need someone to think with when pressure starts blurring decisions.
How i work →
I trained in executive coaching at INSEAD, focusing on leadership inside complex organisational systems.
Rather than treating challenges as purely individual, this approach examines the interaction between the person, the role they occupy and the organisation around them.
In practice, that means working directly with the forces shaping decisions: authority, accountability, pressure and the evolving demands placed on leaders as companies grow.
what shapes my approach →
Sport has been a big part of my life for many years. I've trained and competed in team sports and long-distance events and coached athletes navigating the psychological and physical demands of sustained performance under pressure.
Understanding how people operate at their limits, how discipline is built, and what breaks under pressure, continues to inform how I think about leadership, resilience, and performance in high-stakes environments.
I live in Switzerland with my family and work internationally with founders and leadership teams.
